For 10 years The Acacia Tree has crafted and sold premium solid timber furniture that Australians keep for life — online and through our showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We're now opening a brand-current Brisbane showroom in the Fortitude Valley / Newstead area, and we're looking for the right person to help bring it to life.
The role
This is a sales role you can shape around who you are. Day to day, you'll:
Deliver customer service and selling at the highest possible level — our customers are making considered purchases and deserve an exceptional experience
Own the look and feel of the showroom — presentation, styling and detail




Build genuine relationships that turn visitors into customers, and customers into advocates
Grow with the store — for the right person, this role can become much more
Who we're looking for
We care far more about your energy, passion and talent than your CV. You might be early in your career and hungry, or bring decades of high-level sales experience — both are genuinely welcome, and the role, responsibilities and salary will be shaped to match the person. What's essential: sales experience, a love of dealing with people, and pride in doing things properly.
Days and hours are open too — tell us what works for you. Weekends are our busiest days in the showroom, so availability then is a real plus — but if Monday to Friday suits you better, we're open to that too. We'll shape the roster around the right person.
