An exciting prospect has come up for a Senior Tender & Projects Coordinator to join a well-established and growing organisation operating across the electrical, power and industrial sectors.
n
This is a key role within the pre-contracts team, working across tenders, projects, commercial coordination and key client relationships. You'll be responsible for managing the tender process from initial pre-qualification through to submission, award and project handover.

Responsibilities
n
n
Manage tenders from pre-qualification through to final submission and contract award
n
Coordinate the commercial and administrative aspects of major tenders and projects
n
Work closely with engineering, product specialists, supply chain and purchasing teams
n
Review product specifications and identify the right technical solutions for projects
n
Prepare pricing, quotations and complete regular price reviews
n
Assist with freight calculations and understanding project cost drivers
n
Manage tender documentation, governance and compliance requirements
n
Develop strong relationships with key contractors, clients and project stakeholders
n
Track project pipelines, tender activity and key deadlines
n
Coordinate project handovers following successful contract awards
n

Candidate
n
We're looking for someone with a background in tenders, project coordination, contracts,



commercial administration or procurement who is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Experience working across tenders, bids or pre-contracts
n
Strong commercial and contract administration skills
n
Experience in electrical, power, construction, engineering, infrastructure or industrial sectors
n
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
n
Ability to interpret technical specifications or work closely with technical teams
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Good commercial and financial understanding
n
Excellent Excel / Microsoft Office skills and confidence using CRM/ERP systems
n
n
Experience with Salesforce, SAP or similar systems will be highly regarded.
n
