EveryKid in Parramatta is seeking an experienced operations leader to own the non-clinical delivery of our paediatric service. You will coordinate scheduling, clinical flow, and governance across seven disciplines under one roof.
You will report to the CEO and sit in the leadership group, working with Clinical Leaders in occupational therapy, speech pathology and physiotherapy. A solid focus on NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding, and continuous improvement guides daily work.
