About the chance
n We are looking for an experienced recruiter or HR Coordinator seeking a flexible part-time role with broader HR exposure.
n
Working three days per week (Monday, Thursday and one other day), you will take the lead on candidate screening, recruitment coordination, onboarding and HR compliance administration.
n
This role will suit someone who has spent time recruiting in-house, has strong judgement about candidate fit and is naturally thorough, organised and comfortable following process.
n
You will also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across onboarding, training, HR systems, compliance and process improvement.

What you'll do
n
n
Conduct initial telephone screening and assess candidate suitability.
n
Coordinate interviews, reference checks and recruitment administration.
n
Manage onboarding and ensure required checks, documents and training are complete.
n
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
n
Monitor qualifications, clearances, mandatory training and outstanding actions.
n




Support staff induction and use of HR and training systems.
n
Help improve HR, training and WHS processes and workflows.
n

About you
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Strong recruitment experience, particularly candidate screening and in-house recruitment.
n
Good judgement and confidence speaking with candidates.
n
Excellent attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset.
n
The ability to follow established processes and make sure actions are completed.
n
Experience with onboarding, HR administration or employee records.
n
Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
Confidence learning and using HR systems and Microsoft 365.
n
n
Experience in NDIS, allied health, disability, healthcare or another regulated environment would be an advantage.
n
