About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager Administration & Warehouse, you will support and lead a range of business improvement initiativesthat enhance systems, processes and operational effectiveness across ourteam and Franchisees.
n
You willbe responsible for:
n
n
Leading and supporting business improvement and operational change initiatives.
n
Gathering,documentingandvalidatingbusiness
requirements.
n
Mapping current and future state processes
andidentifyingimprovement
opportunities.
n
Coordinating stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
n
Monitoringimplementationprogress,
risks,issuesand actions.
n
Supporting system deployments,
processenhancementsand
operational improvements.
n
Assistingwith training,
changemanagementand
adoption activities.
n
Developing
reporting,controlsand
governance processes that support operational effectiveness.
n
Providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
n
Working closely with franchisees,
operationalleadersand
business stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver practical outcomes.

Confidence working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Experience within retail,

other multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
