You'll play a key role in overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of the venue while ensuring our members and guests receive exceptional service every visit.

Job Summary
n We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue and lead a high‐performing team.
n This is more than a traditional management role. We're looking for a proactive leader who can use their initiative, communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and foster a positive culture focused on service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
n

Oversee and coordinate the day‐to‐day operations of the venue
n
Lead, mentor and support department leaders and frontline team members
n
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
n
Drive operational performance, productivity and financial outcomes
n
Maintain compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS, AML/CTF and RSA/RCG requirements
n
Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness and service delivery standards
n
Manage staffing levels,



labour costs and operational resources effectively
n
Investigate and resolve member and guest concerns in a professional manner
n
Prepare operational reports and communicate key business outcomes to senior management
n
Champion a positive workplace culture and lead by example
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Duty Manager role within the club or hospitality industry
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A confident and decisive leader who can think on their feet and use initiative
n
Robust financial and commercial awareness
n
Experience managing multiple departments within a hospitality operation
n
Sound knowledge of gaming, food & beverage, compliance and club operations
n
Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG qualifications
n
Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends when required
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding member experiences
n
