The Role
As a legal assistant in our growing Brisbane team, you will be working on a variety of Litigation files including but not limited to - Manager Rights, Insolvency and Commercial Litigation files. You will collaborate with your colleagues providing timely file progression and regular communication.
Appropriate to your experience and skill level, you will be responsible for:




Preparation of correspondence
Email and calendar management
Liaising with clients and external parties/organisations
Drafting Court documents, on-line court filing and brief preparation
Supporting a lawyer with all aspects of a litigious file

About you
You will have at least four years' experience in a legal environment with a genuine interest in all aspects of property disputes, manager rights, employment law and general litigation supporting numerous practitioners.
Your experience will allow you to understand the importance of:
