Job Description
About You & The Role
n
We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who knows that great P&C; is about more than policies and processes – it's about people, relationships and making things happen.
n
You'll be partnering with leaders across our business to deliver people initiatives that support our growth, while navigating the fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable world of aviation.
n
No two days will look the same. One minute you could be working through an employee relations matter, the next you could be supporting a leader through change, coaching a manager, analysing people data or jumping into a new P&C; initiative.
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Partner with leaders across diverse departments to deliver people initiatives that support business growth and success.
n
Act as a trusted and strategic advisor to leaders, providing practical guidance across all things P&C.;
n
Work alongside managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement and talent development.
n
Support and drive organisational change initiatives and bring HR programs to life.
n
Partner with our Recruitment team to attract, select and onboard great people who are the right fit for our business.
n
Use HR data, metrics and trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations that genuinely improve the employee experience.
n
Deliver training and coaching on a range of P&C; topics to build capability across our leadership teams.
n
Most importantly,
roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. We're looking for someone who is just as comfortable developing a strategy as they are jumping into the detail and helping get the job done.
n
n
What You'll Bring

n
You'll ideally have:

n
Strong knowledge across HR and IR, with an understanding of best practice and how to apply it in a complex operational environment.
n
Aviation experience? Even better! But if you're from another fast-paced, operational industry, we'd still love to hear from you.
n
The ability to build genuine relationships and influence people at all levels of the organisation.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to tackle challenging and sensitive people matters.
n
A demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive change and bring people along for the journey.
n
The ability to thrive in a complex, rapid-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
n
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
n
willingness to travel to other states as required.
