We are looking for an experienced
Marketing & Communications Advisor
to take ownership of ANTA's marketing and communications activities and help us deliver clear, engaging and effective communications to our members, stakeholders and wider community.

We are looking for an experienced
Marketing & Communications Advisor
to take ownership of ANTA's marketing and communications activities and help us deliver explicit, engaging and effective communications to our members, stakeholders and wider community.
About the role




Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Member Engagement Manager and National Administration Office team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating ANTA's marketing and communications activities in alignment with ANTA's organisational strategy.
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work across strategy, campaigns, content, digital marketing, events, sponsorships and member communications.
You will have ownership of ANTA's annual
Marketing & Communications Strategy
and campaign calendar, while working collaboratively with the broader team to ensure communications support organisational and member priorities.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement ANTA's annual Marketing & Communications Strategy and integrated campaign and content calendar.
Plan and deliver campaigns across email, website, Member Portal, social media, print and other communication channels.
Develop, edit, proof and schedule eNews, eDMs, member communications and campaign content.
Maintain ANTA's brand, key messaging and communication standards.
Manage marketing and member-facing content across ANTA's digital channels.




Use CRM and email marketing platforms to segment audiences and deliver targeted communications.
Monitor website, email, social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity.
Develop campaigns supporting membership acquisition, renewals, retention and re-engagement.
Promote ANTA webinars, CPD activities, member events and our biennial Symposium.
Coordinate marketing and creative assets and work with external designers, suppliers and digital partners.
Develop ANTA's annual Sponsorship Prospectus and support sponsorship, partnership and advertising opportunities.
Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations to management.
About you
We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery.
You will ideally bring:
Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing and integrated communications.
Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
Strong campaign and project management capability.
Practical experience across digital marketing, email marketing, CRM segmentation and marketing analytics.
Experience managing website and digital content.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Commercial awareness, particularly in relation to sponsorships, partnerships and advertising.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage brand, reputational and regulatory considerations.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
