Position Criteria
Experience working with the Diversity/Inclusion team, and with NCCD processes.
Experience in creating high quality Personalised Learning Plans, to align with the expectations and obligations of the NCCD
Experience in supporting students with a range of learning and support needs.
Demonstrated strengths in written and verbal communication, organisation and time management
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Team, and Leaders of Learning to ensure strong assessment and reporting practices, which are also accessible and equitable for a wide variety of learners.
Create a dynamic, inclusive and challenging learning environment where students are both supported and inspired
Design, develop and implement engaging curriculum aligned with NESA requirements
Actively contribute to the Catholic culture and mission of the College
Ability to teach a secondary subject
