We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join the team at an exciting upmarket café and bar with seated dining in Harcourt. We are a small team,creative

This is a key role within the business and a outstanding opportunity for someone who loves baking, quality food and presentation.

About the role
n

You'll be responsible for producing a range of high-quality, freshly made café and bakery products while helping us deliver a premium experience for our customers.
n
We're looking for someone confident preparing: Pies and sausage rolls, Muffins, slices and cakes, Danish pastries and other baked goods, Sandwiches and premium grab-and-go items, À la carte café dishes
n
Chef experience is essential
n
You'll also have hands-on experience producing fresh breads, including: Sourdough, Vienna loaves, Bread rolls and buns,



Artisan breads, Specialty bakery items
n
You should be confident with dough preparation, proofing and baking techniques, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
n

Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday,6am-2pm
n
Salary-$ 70,000 to $ 80,000 depending on experience
n
About You
n
n
1-3+ years of hospitality experience
n
Strong chef experience
n
Excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance knowledge
n
The ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
n
A genuine passion for baking and quality food
n
n
