This is a part-time/casual role based in our up-to-date solo chair practice in Teneriffe, Queensland.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment for dental procedures
n
Assisting dentists during examinations and treatments
n
Ensuring the dental operatory is clean, organized and fully stocked
n
Greeting and welcoming patients, and escorting them to the treatment area
n
Providing patients with instructions and answering their questions
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
n
Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks as needed
n
Dental reception- THIS IS A MUST
n
Assisting dentists during examinations and treatments
n
Ensuring the dental operatory is clean, organized and fully stocked
n
Greeting and welcoming patients, and escorting them to the treatment area

What we're looking for
n
Previous EXPERIENCE as a Dental
receptionist/Assistant
is a MUST.
n
Should be able to handle DENTAL RECEPTION.
n
Minimum 6 months of dental reception experience is required.
n
An ideal candidate would be experienced in dental assisting, reception and stock taking.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
Familiarity with dental equipment, instruments and sterilisation procedures
n
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service
n
Work 3-4 FIXED DAYS A WEEK- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 22.5 + hours a week.
n
