Job Description
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the play centre. You will lead and develop the team, maintain excellent customer service and safety standards, manage daily operations and help drive the centre's growth, sales and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the action, making decisions and creating a positive and fun environment for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the overall day-to-day operation of the children's indoor play centre
n
Lead, manage, motivate and develop the centre team
n
Recruit, train, roster and performance-manage staff
n
Create a fun, positive and high-performing team culture
n
Ensure exceptional customer service and memorable family experiences
n
Oversee birthday parties, events, group bookings and special activities
n
Monitor daily sales, costs, staffing and operational performance
n
Develop strategies to increase sales, customer numbers and repeat visits
n
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and hygiene
n
Ensure all relevant workplace health and safety requirements are followed
