PCYC Wynnum Fun Squad is currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and professional Assistant OSHC Coordinator (Assistant Service Manager) to join our vibrant team at the Wynnum service in Brisbane. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity offering 35 hours per week, with an attractive hourly rate ranging from $***** to $*****, determined by your relevant experience and qualifications.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with the Fun Squad Service Manager to ensure the smooth, secure, and engaging daily operation of our outside school hours care program. Key responsibilities for the Assistant OSHC Coordinator include:
Supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day administrative and operational duties of the OSHC program.
Assisting in the leadership, guidance,



and mentoring of team members to maintain high standards of care and engagement.
Helping to plan, implement, and supervise fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
Building positive, professional relationships with children, families, and school community members.
Ensuring all activities and facility operations comply with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you will be a team player who is enthusiastic about child development and education support. You will demonstrate robust communication skills, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both colleagues and management. Appropriate working clearances and relevant qualifications within the children's services or education sector are required.
