You will drive onboarding, reboarding, and product adoption while overseeing A/B testing and multi‐channel campaigns to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
The role partners across marketing, editorial, technology and operations to deliver cohesive GTM strategies within the Subscriptions Growth division.
