Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
n
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving and dispatching goods, inventory management, container unloading, order processing and general warehouse administration.
n
The successful candidate will be practical, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience in product design or CAD would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and efficient
n
Receive, check and put away incoming stock
n
Unload shipping containers and organise stock safely and efficiently
n
Check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
n
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
n
Load goods for freight collection and local deliveries
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
n
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damaged goods or missing stock
n
Process stock movements and update inventory records in our internal system
n
Process and respond to order-related emails and general warehouse enquiries
n
Check customer purchase orders and ensure orders are correctly prepared for dispatch
n
Prepare delivery, packing and other relevant warehouse documentation
n
Assist with product labelling, packaging and assembly when required
n
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems
n
Assist with improving warehouse organisation, stock control and operational processes
n
Perform general warehouse and administrative duties as required
n

Product Design Skills – Advantage
n
Experience or skills in the following would be highly regarded:
n
n
Product design or product development
n
CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar
n
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design software
n
Reading and understanding basic technical drawings
n
Preparing or modifying product drawings
n
Basic understanding of furniture, metal components or manufacturing processes
n
n
Design experience is not essential. Training can be provided to the right candidate.
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Previous warehouse or inventory management experience
n
Experience unloading shipping containers
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties
n
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
n
Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel and email
n
Good written and verbal English communication skills
n
The ability to process and respond to emails accurately and professionally
n
A reliable, responsible and proactive attitude
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
n
Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
n
A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
n
n
A current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift would be highly desirable.
