One of Australia's most recognised ASX-listed companies is seeking an experienced Data Modeler to help shape the way information is structured, integrated, and delivered across the enterprise. This role will play a key part in building out modern data platforms and ensuring data is consistently modelled to support reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role
n
n
Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models that underpin enterprise reporting and insights.
n
Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, analysts, and business SMEs to ensure data models reflect operational needs.
n
Ensure alignment with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise standards.
n
Contribute to data governance and compliance initiatives, supporting accuracy, lineage, and audit requirements.
n
Apply modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault) to support data warehouses and analytics platforms.
n
Provide modelling frameworks and documentation that enable scalability, reuse, and consistency across projects.

Skills & Experience
n
n
7+ years' experience as a Data Modeller or in related data architecture roles.
n




Proven ability to design data models across relational, dimensional, and NoSQL environments.
n
Strong SQL and understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
n
Background in data warehousing, governance, and master data management.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, able to translate business requirements into modelling solutions.
n
Knowledge of DAMA / DCAM frameworks desirable.
