Make an impact at Serco
As a Solution Architect at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll help shape and maintain the Digital Solutions Architecture vision across clinical, non-clinical and operational technologies. You'll work closely with internal teams, clinicians, clients, vendors and delivery partners to develop practical architecture and solution designs. You'll also assure complex project deliverables and help ensure technology solutions meet business, clinical and operational needs.
As a Solution Architect in the Digital Solutions Architecture team, you'll make a positive impact by:
Developing solution concepts, architectures and designs aligned to the hospital's digital vision
Collaborating with stakeholders to discover, document and confirm business requirements
Reviewing complex project architecture, design and testing deliverables
Guiding partners and vendors to develop solutions that integrate with the hospital's architecture




Maintaining architecture principles, models, standards and design documentation
Supporting governance, procurement and commercial activities across technology initiatives

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience working within an architecture practice or team
Strong experience producing architecture and design artefacts using TOGAF and ArchiMate
Knowledge across cybersecurity, cloud, networks, compute, end-user technologies and unified communications
Experience capturing and documenting requirements in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with clients, clinicians, vendors and partners
