Harcourts Property Centre is part of one of the most trusted and recognised real estate brands in Queensland. Our Sunshine Coast property management team is growing, and we're looking for a driven, personable Business Development Manager to help take our rent roll to the next level.

About the Role
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join our high-performing Property Management division. As our BDM, you'll be the face of our property management growth strategy - building relationships with landlords, investors, and industry contacts across the Sunshine Coast to bring new managements into our portfolio.

This role has become available due to internal movement within our team, reflecting the genuine career growth on offer at Harcourts Property Centre.

Key Responsibilities
n
Proactively source and win current property management business across the Sunshine Coast region
n
Build and nurture relationships with landlords, property investors, developers, and referral partners
n
Conduct market appraisals and present compelling management proposals to prospective clients
n
Represent Harcourts Property Centre at open homes, community events and networking opportunities
n




Work closely with our property management team to ensure a seamless handover for new clients
n
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline and conversions using our CRM
n
Stay across local market trends, rental yields, and competitor activity on the Sunshine Coast
n
What You'll Bring
n
A proven track record in business development, sales, or new business generation (real estate experience highly regarded)
n
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to network and self-generate leads
n
A current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one) and a valid driver's licence with reliable vehicle.
n
Strong local knowledge of, or genuine enthusiasm for, the Sunshine Coast property market
n
A self-motivated, target-driven approach and resilience to thrive in a business development role
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
