An opportunity has become available at Superior Mini Mix for an experienced Concrete Batcherto support Concrete Operations for our Ingleburn based Concrete plant.

This position is full time Monday to Friday. Overtime and Saturday work is available in line with business and supply needs.
n
This role would best be suited to someone who is flexible, has strong communication skills, solid leadership skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. Previous batching experience will be highly advantageous. A front end loader ticket and HR licence is essential.

This role will require you to:
n
Operate a loader fed concrete batch plant
n
Allocate concrete deliveries each day to maximise efficiency
n




Assist with concrete plant maintenance
n
Maintain stock levels and place orders for raw materials
n
Comply with company policy and safe work practices
n
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse customers
n
Confident working with computers and completing paperwork in a timely manner
n
