We're seeking an exceptional
Strategic Change Director
to lead the change, communications and cultural agenda across a major regulatory transformation program.
This is a critical and highly visible leadership role, with significant exposure to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organisation.
You'll have a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the program, influence enterprise-wide outcomes and make a lasting mark on the organisation.
The Role:
Lead the program's
change
and
communications strategy.
Embed
cultural, behavioural
and business change.
Lead remediation, readiness and change impact activities.
Translate
complex
objectives into transparent, compelling messaging.
Establish change
governance
,



frameworks and success measures.
Identify and mitigate change risks and barriers.
About You:
15+ years'leading
complex transformational
change.
Strong background in
cultural
and behavioural change
Experience operating in complex, high-profile environments.
Strong
OCM
methodology and change leadership experience.
Exceptional
communication
skills.
Strategic
thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
Regulatory
experience with
ASIC, APRA, RBA
is critical
