About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Accounts Payable & Billing Officer to join the finance function of a top-tier global skilled services firm.

Working within a high-performing, collaborative team, you will support invoice processing, billing administration and stakeholder engagement across a large and complex international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring invoices are processed accurately, deadlines are met and billing-related issues are resolved efficiently, while building strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Process and monitor invoices to ensure accurate and timely submission
n
Investigate and resolve billing queries, exceptions and invoice rejections
n
Maintain accurate financial records, rates and system data
n
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
n
Support reporting, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives

About You

Experience in accounts payable, billing,



finance administration or a similar role
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
n
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
