Empowerly Care Services is seeking an experienced High Intensity Disability Support Worker to support participants with complex physical and healthcare needs.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Personal care and daily living support
n
PEG/enteral feeding
n
Tracheostomy and respiratory support
n
Hoisting, transfers and manual handling
n
Pressure care and repositioning
n
Medication assistance
n
Community access and participation
n
Monitoring participant wellbeing
n
Completing progress notes, charts and incident documentation
n
Following care plans, clinical protocols and behaviour support plans
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience in disability support, preferably high-intensity/complex care
n
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
First Aid & CPR
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Solid communication and documentation skills
n
Reliable, professional and confident working with complex-care participants
n
Experience with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, suctioning, complex manual handling or other high-intensity supports is highly regarded
