What You'll Be Doing
n
This is a full-cycle, solution-based sales role:
n
n
Winning new clients and building long-term partnerships
n
Understanding hiring needs and pitching recruitment solutions
n
Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates
n
Negotiating offers and closing deals
n




Managing the process end-to-end and getting paid on results
n
n
Every placement you make, you know exactly what it's worth
n
Who This Suits
n
You do NOT need recruitment experience.
n
You DO need:
n
n
Sales experience in ANY form of Business to Business(b2b)
n
Confidence picking up the phone and speaking to people
n
A proactive, competitive mindset
n
Strong communication and resilience
n
The desire to earn more and grow fast
n
n
If you've sold:
n
n
B2B Services such as Marketing, Telco, Insurance, IT/Tech or Recruitment, etc.
n
Real Estate from either Commercial or Residential would also be highly desireable
n
Any B2B Product such as Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, etc.
