Job Description
This is a part-time Exercise Physiology role with the opportunity to grow toward full-time as the practice develops. You will deliver individualised, evidence-based exercise prescription and inclusive care that improves clients' physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life, while maintaining strong client retention and contributing to the sustainable growth of the clinical team.

Key responsibilities
n

Managing and progressing your own Exercise Physiology caseload
n
Completing accurate clinical documentation and administration on time
n
Building strong client relationships that support retention and continuity of care
n
Maintaining agreed caseload capacity and clinical performance standards
n
Contributing to appropriate word-of-mouth and professional referral growth
n
Working collaboratively with the clinical team as the clinic grows
n

About you
n
n
Sound understanding of anatomy, joint actions and safe exercise selection
n
Able to regress, progress, substitute and modify exercises appropriately
n
Can write practical, individualised exercise programs and monitor client response
n
Comfortable seeking support, receiving feedback and applying it to improve practice
n
Communicates clearly and adapts cues when the first explanation does not work
n

Required qualifications and checks
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or an equivalent recognised qualification
n
Current accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA
n
Current CPR and First Aid certification
n
Current Blue Card and Yellow Card, or willingness to obtain before commencement
n
Current skilled indemnity and public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain before commencement
n

Compensation
n
n
Graduate Exercise Physiologist: $34–$36/hour
n
Independent Exercise Physiologist: $38–$40/hour
n
Senior Exercise Physiologist: $40–$44/hour
n
Principal Exercise Physiologist: $44–$48/hour
n
n
Super is additional to the above hourly rates.
