Our group of innovative & exciting businesses need a part-time in-house bookkeeper & Finance Assistant, to support our growing operations.
n
We are looking for you to join our team 2-3 days per week, located in Coorparoo, super-close to the train station and with on street parking.
n
This role would ideally suit someone who is currently working full-time and looking to move to part time; or working part-time in a similar role and is looking to add additional days to their working week.

The role will see you reporting to our Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for the following:

Payroll & Superannuation
n
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
n
Month-end journals & reconciliation
n
Compiling monthly reports for management
n
Assisting with budgeting & forecasting
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in a bookkeeper or finance role
n
Comfortable working with Xero
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines
n
Ideally a Certificate IV in bookkeeping / accounting
n
Preferably a degree in Finance or Accounting (but it's not a showstopper if you don't)
