andenthusiasticASSISTANT
ACCOUNTANTto join our Accounting team based at our head office and main production facility in Kingston. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, thisrole will providecrucial Accounting Support to the Company.
n
The successful applicant will be involved in:
n
Processing various General/Standing journals
n
Assisting in the preparation of Month End financial reports for management
n
Preparing daily cashflow reports for management
n
Reconciling petty cash expenses
n
Collating repairs and maintenance and capital expenditure invoices
n
Assisting with the preparation of FBT transactions and supporting documentation
n
Reconciling intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
n




Setting up daily payments and prepare confirmations
n
Preparing supplier payment reports for management
n
Assisting with external audit requests
n
Foreign Currency Cashflow forecasting
n
Daily Sales Report preparation
n
Month End Sales Report preparation
n
Monthly Stocktake auditing and processing
n
Support Stock Valuation data and reviewing BOM's
n
Accounting and reporting support for our NZ based company
n

Whilst not necessary, previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment and exposure toa large ERP system would be advantageous.
