Sales Assistant - Casual 3-4 days mid-week

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at one of our flagship Brisbane display suites. This is a casual role to support the experienced on-site Sales Manager and gain hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of project apartment sales.

The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience. You will support the day-to-day operations of the display suite while supporting sales performance and buyer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Professionally welcome and engage prospective buyers and investors
n
Support with sales leads with urgency and attention to detail
n
Maintain premium presentation standards across the display suite and sales office
n
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager
n
Assist in coordinating inspections, enquiries and buyer communications
n




Ensure every client interaction reflects the Meriton brand and service standards
n

Polished, confident and highly professional in presentation
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
n
Proactive, organised and detail-focused with a solid sense of ownership
n
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment
n
Genuine interest in property and a desire to build a long-term career in project sales
n

Requirements
n
n
Current QLD Real Estate License (essential)
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Availability to work 3-4 days per week - preferably mid-week
n
n
