Your Key Tasks Include
Process and build prescription orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to client enquiries
on the phone, email and in-store
Assess priority
and
escalate enquiries
appropriately when beyond your scope
Provide
exceptional customer service
and a positive, caring pharmacy experience
Maintain
compliance with regulations and guidelines
to uphold patient safety and confidentiality
Assist with
order and shipping preparation
, and other
dispensary support

What Makes You a Good Fit
Previous experience in a pharmacy dispense tech role is required
for this position
Robust computer skills
with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
