The Chance
n
The Practice Manageris responsible forthe overall operational, clinical, administrative, andfinancial managementof the Oral & Primary Health Care Program.
n
The role ensures the delivery of high-quality,
culturallyappropriate
healthservices and holds accountability for staff management, service performance, compliance,



and continuous improvement.
n
CRUCIAL ELEMENTS TO ROLE:
n
Following legislative quality standards
n
Overall HR management
n
Reporting to funding bodies and internally.
n
Must haves:
n
Current Blue Card Holder
n
Current Drivers Licence
n
Cultural Competency would be highly desirable
n
Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19
n
Minimum two years' experience in a health clinic
n
Certificate IV in Business/Medical
Administration//Health
Administration highly desirable
n
