The role

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and people-orientated Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team at Minnippi Golf & Range to oversee the Food & Beverage operations at Cooee Cafe & Restaurant. Your weekly schedule will be Thursday to Monday.

Minnippi Golf Course is a brand-new 18-hole golf course and driving range with a newly constructed Restaurant, all only 15 minutes from the CBD of Brisbane, Queensland.

Our food approach is focused on local produce and ingredients showcasing local craft beers and spirits and we are looking for the right leader to support our delivery to the local community.

The successful applicant will thrive in this hands‐on role, responsible for supporting all Food & Beverage operations at Minnippi Golf Course. You will have a strong hospitality background coupled with great leadership skills and a passion for providing clients with exceptional customer service.

Ensure the exceptional delivery of customer service standardsand that staff are held accountable for service deliver
n
Ensure exceptional delivery of all functions and events
n




Daily supervision and performance management of F&B; Staff
n
Support the smooth day to day operations of the café & F&B; offering
n
Respond to customer issues and concerns
n
Staff training and
developmentincluding
operational tasks, product knowledge, menu & event briefings
n
Ensure F&B; areas remain in a useable, protected and presentablestate at all times
n
Ensureadherence to the Food Safety Planand hygiene standards
n

About you
n
You will have:
n
n
2+ proven years' experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality, Entertainment and/or Recreation industries.
n
Excellent communication and time management skills
n
Energetic and vibrant approach with the ability to bring new ideas to life
n
Highly motivated and an exceptional self starter
n
Solution oriented
n
Strong leadership qualities with a hands‐on approach
n
Current RSA certificate
n
Safe Food handling certification
n
Knowledge and competency across workplace health & safety and compliance
n
Proven track record of workingin a high paced, active F&B; entertainment space and delivering exceptional results
n
Current First Aid & Police Check
