Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process and ensuring every customer is professionally introduced to the products and options available to them.

Key responsibilities

Maximising Finance & Insurance opportunities across every eligible vehicle sale
n
Presenting finance solutions tailored to individual customer needs
n
Maximising finance penetration and income per vehicle
n
Effectively presenting and converting insurance products
n
Managing finance applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
n
Maintaining strong relationships with our panel of finance providers
n
Ensuring applications and supporting documentation are accurate and complete
n
Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
n
Maintaining accurate deal, settlement and compliance records
n




Consistently achieving individual and dealership F&I; targets
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager or within automotive finance
n
A proven record of achieving strong F&I; results
n
Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
n
Strong attention to detail and administrative discipline
n
The ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
n
A customer-focused approach to finance and insurance
n
A robust understanding of responsible lending and compliance requirements
n
The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced dealership environment
n
A motivated and results-driven attitude
