Watt Realty is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team.

In this role, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering a high level of service.

We're looking for someone who is confident, reliable and able to manage their workload efficiently while being a supportive member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage a residential rental portfolio from start to finish
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up outstanding work
n
Conduct routine inspections and complete condition reports
n
Manage lease renewals, tenant sign-ups and general tenancy administration
n
Monitor and action rent arrears
n
Manage entry and exit processes
n
Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
n
Liaise with contractors and arrange maintenance works
n




Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed efficiently
n

About You
n
n
Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
n
Current driver's licence
n
Previous property management experience
n
Strong organisation and time management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
High attention to detail
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
n
A proactive attitude and positive approach to working as part of a team
n
