We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administration and help improve how we operate.
This role is not just task-based - we want someone who can think, suggest improvements, and help us build better systems over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Working with Google Sheets and Excel (cleaning, organising, basic formulas)
Assisting with admin tasks across the business
Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with Google Sheets and Excel
High attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and improve systems
Reliable and consistent
Experience in operations/admin support
Experience working with small businesses
Process documentation skills
A basic knowledge in Notion and Slack app
Background in Architectural and Engineering is desired but not essential.
