We're seeking a dedicated ICT Disaster Recovery Advisor for a major federal agency for a multi-year DR capability uplift program.

The role
n
This is a hands-on DR ownership role, not a security architecture position. You'll lead recovery planning, governance, testing and assurance across a complex enterprise workplace.
n
What you'll own:
n
n
ICT DR strategy, policy, standards and governance frameworks
n
Business Impact Analysis (BIA), criticality assessments, RTO/RPO definition
n
Technical recovery runbooks across technology functions
n
Tabletop exercises, DR testing programs and post-mortem reviews
n
Integration of DR with cyber, risk and resilience functions
n




Audit and remediation activities
n
n
What you need:
n
n
5+ years dedicated ICT DR / technology resilience experience
n
Australian Government experience (federal preferred)
n
Hands-on with NIST ******, ISO *****, ISM or PSPF
n
Baseline Clearance required — must be able to obtain NV1 clearance
n
Certifications valued: CBCP, MBCI, ISO ***** Lead Implementer
n

Details: 18 months + extension | Hybrid, min 3 days Canberra office | Immediate start
