Join an Property Management focused Agency!

Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 properties including a mix of houses, units and rooming accommodation. Supported by a Routine Inspection Assistant, dedicated Leasing Support, and office/admin support. We have two hands on directors who focus solely on Property Management.

Key responsibilities
n
End to End property management of a residential portfolio, managing approximately 130 properties with a Routine inspections & leasing assistant.
n
Deliver great service to both landlords and tenants with attention to detail.
n
Seek new business throughout the role ( Excellent commissions! )
n
About you
n
Experienced in managing a residential portfolio from end to end
n




Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
n
Current QLD drivers license & Property Management Registration ( QLD)
n
Strong communication & customer service skills with positive attitude
n
Console Cloud experience preferred but not essential
n
