We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Lounge at the Melbourne Domestic Airport.
n
We require people who are guest orientated, friendly, with attention to detail, reliable, hard-working and have a "can do" attitude to WOW our clients in the quick-paced environment of airports.
n
Your key duties will include:
n
n
Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
n
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
n
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
n
To uphold VA standards for presentation and grooming
n
Transfer knowledge of OH&S; & hygiene to team
n
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
n
Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
n
n
In order to hit the ground running, you will have:
n
n




Previous hospitality supervisory experience with a large team
n
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
n
Impeccable presentation and grooming
n
Knowledge of OH&S; & hygiene
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
n
Flexible availability to work early shifts from 4.30 am, with afternoon shifts ending up to ***** pm on occasion - across 7 days of the week
n
