The Opportunity
n
We're seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Brisbane, Qld. In this hands‐on role, you'll provide on‐site technical service including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support across a range of laboratory and scientific instruments. Occasional interstate travel is required, as well as international travel for factory training.

Key Responsibilities
n
Deliver technical service and support to customers
n
Diagnoses and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
n
Install and commission new equipment on‐site
n
Build relationships with customers and support service agreement discussions




n
Maintain clear documentation of all service visits and actions taken
n
About You
n
To thrive in this role, you will have:
n
A qualification in mechanical or
electrical/electronic
engineering
n
Experience servicing scientific or laboratory equipment
n
Excellent fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
n
Strong communication and organisational abilities
n
A customer‐first mindset and a high level of self‐motivation
n
Proficiency with service reporting systems
n
Australian residency and full working rights
n
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for factory training.
