We have an immediate requirement for a
Cost Controller
to support project cost control activities across major rail infrastructure projects, including stations and facilities.
This is a contract role going until end of Jan **** with the prospect for extension, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Update project cost estimates, budgets, change requests, and forecasts
Monitor project costs and update existing cost estimation rate tables in Excel
Verify the quality of cost related data feeding various cost/financial reports
Monitor project cost performance by conducting earned value analysis
Ensure effective communication of budgetary details, expenditures, forecasts, and project progress to management, facilitating informed decision-making
Skills and Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or similar would be beneficial
3-5 years of experience working as a Cost Controller or similar (e.g. Finance Officer,



Project Accountant, Cost Advisor etc.)
