Job Description
FRM Model Management is a leading modelling agency representing fashion and commercial talent across Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. Reelfaces, our commercial division, was formed 8 years ago in response to the changing and evolving market.

We are currently building out a high-level talent and marketing operation and are looking for an experienced industry operator to join our Melbourne team.
n
This is not simply an execution-based role — we are looking for someone with strong industry relationships who can help create opportunities, build strategic connections, and contribute to the long-term growth and direction of the business.
n
The successful applicant will play an significant role in discovering, developing and managing talent, while building meaningful relationships with both talent and clients. As an ambassador for FRM and Reelfaces, you will also be expected to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, develop client relationships and actively promote our talent across the market.

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced booker/marketing operator based in Melbourne to assist our booking team and director across fashion, commercial, and influencer bookings, partnerships, and marketing activities.
n
Candidates must have experience booking and/or managing talent and have up-to-date knowledge of fashion and commercial clients across Melbourne and Sydney. Experience scouting talent is also highly regarded.
n
Ideally, the successful applicant will have worked within a credible modelling, talent, or creative agency environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
n
Required skills & experience:
n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience
n
Strong administration and organisational skills
n
Strong communication and client-facing ability
n
Sales and business development experience highly regarded
n
n
A day in the role may include:
n
n
Liaising with fashion and commercial clients to match talent to briefs
n
Managing multiple bookings, projects and competing deadlines while ensuring bookings are handled accurately and efficiently
n
Reviewing and interpreting client briefs and selecting talent that best meets the creative and commercial requirements.
n
Proactively marketing and promoting FRM and Reelfaces talent to brands, designers, retailers, agencies and creative partners throughout Australia
n
Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, photographers, stylists, casting directors, producers and other key industry contacts.
n
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential client relationships for the agency.
n
Exploring and developing opportunities for talent placements, including potential international opportunities through industry networks and agency relationships.
n
Coordinating and distributing talent portfolios, digitals, profiles and other promotional material to prospective clients and agencies.
n
Working with talent on their ongoing development, positioning and marketability within the fashion and commercial markets.
n
Assisting with creative direction and portfolio development, including identifying and organising appropriate test shoots and creative opportunities.
n
Staying up to date with emerging fashion, commercial and talent trends, industry developments, campaigns and new business opportunities.
n
Researching brands, agencies, retailers and creative businesses to identify potential clients and opportunities for represented talent.
n
Identifying and developing strategic partnerships that can create new opportunities for both talent and the agency.
n
Interviewing and scouting potential new talent.
n
General booking, marketing, client liaison and administration duties.
n

Our ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 3 years experience working within an agency environment
n
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
Have solid multitasking and organisational abilities
n
Be proactive, well-connected, and commercially minded
n
n
Training in our internal systems will be provided.
n
Part-time — 1-3 days per week ($***** per hour)
n
Subcontractor or contracted employee arrangement available.
