We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Northern Territory and Far North
Queenslandoperations.
Working in a busy village setting, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role
n

Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services
n
Work in a high-volume catering environment
n
Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
n
Deliver consistent quality and presentation
n
Work as part of a supportive kitchen team
n
n
These are BIBO/FIFO roles from Darwin on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days.



Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
n
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
n
Robust food safety and hygiene knowledge
n
Able to work well in a team and independently
n
Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
n
