VMCH is seeking a Club Service Coordinator for Providence Aged Care Residence in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. You will create a warm, person-centred experience for residents, plan and deliver club services, and promote participation in our programs.
Working closely with care and clinical teams, you'll coordinate day-to-day activities, manage logistics and vendor relationships, and help residents and families access available services to enhance wellbeing and quality of life.
