Key responsibilities
n
DA Planning Grants (Resilient Home Program)
n
n
Project manage the DA process while working closely with town planners and draftspeople
n
Complete onsite visits alongside the builder
n
Prepare and submit planning grant applications
n
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
n
Consult with homeowners regarding architectural plans and any requested changes
n
Organise and assist homeowners in completing all required paperwork
n
Review application materials thoroughly prior to submission
n
Prepare house raise grant applications
n
Submit required documentation, such as Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF) insurance, completed contracts, and supporting materials
n
n
Day-to-Day Business & Operations
n
Assist with ordering materials and following up administrative tasks for active projects (e.g., securing Occupation Certificates).
n
Utilise project management tools: Track inquiries and projects in Monday.com.
n
Customer Service & Process Improvement
n
Build rapport with homeowners, handle phone inquiries, and follow up with prospective clients.
n
Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
n




Implement operational processes to improve team efficiency and workflow.
n
About you
n
n
Experience in project management, project coordination, or administrative management
n
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
n
Proficiency or happy to learn project management tools like Monday.com
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to build rapport with clients
n
Ability to work independently and lead administrative tasks
n
Experience in construction, building, or town planning is a plus, but not essential. We care most about your ability to build rapport with clients, organisational skills, attention to detail, manage priorities and ability to lead administrative tasks.
