About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, software vendors, and end users to deliver system improvements that enhance organisational capability, streamline processes, and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable skilled who enjoys solving complex business challenges and driving successful technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software implementation projects from planning through to Go Live.
Liaise with software vendors and evaluate new technologies, enhancements, and version updates prior to release.
Lead system configuration activities and integration planning for business-critical applications.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
Develop and customise forms, reports, and system functionality to meet business requirements.
Provide technical expertise in system integrations and API connectivity.
Coordinate end-user training and develop supporting training resources.
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Create process documentation, technical reports, and system support materials.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across business systems and processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience delivering system implementations and integration solutions within medium to large organisations.
Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and system cutovers.




Robust understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Experience developing technical documentation and business process maps.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Experience with
Acumatica ERP
.
Experience within the
Microsoft Azure
environment.
Exposure to Payroll, Finance, or Asset Management systems.
Knowledge of business process improvement and system optimisation methodologies.
