Your new role
As the General Manager Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the General Manager and Branch Management Team. You will be responsible for managing competing priorities, coordinating key business activities, and ensuring qualified and efficient support across a range of stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing executive diaries, meetings, and scheduling requirements
Coordinating correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documentation
Providing confidential administrative support to senior leadership
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team




Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and supporting business processes
Assisting with the coordination of day-to-day operational and administrative activities
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Support Officer, Administration Coordinator, or similar role
Experience supporting senior managers or executives within a complex environment
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement
