About the Role

Are you passionate about design, great with people, and ready to take your sales career to the next level? Andersens Flooring Wynnum is looking for a driven and detail-focused Sales Consultant to handle both residential and commercial sales across our premium flooring and window furnishing ranges.
n
In this exciting role, you'll guide customers from their first visit through to in-home consultations, quoting, and post-installation satisfaction — ensuring they receive a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Handle residential and commercial sales, including in-home quoting, measuring, and product consultations
n
Provide expert, tailored advice across flooring and window furnishing solutions
n
Listen closely to customers' needs and deliver design-driven recommendations
n
Read and interpret building plans, measure in office, and prepare accurate quotes
n
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
n
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
n
What We're Looking For
n
Proven experience in consultative sales — ideally in flooring, window furnishings
n




Strong knowledge of design principles and a genuine passion for interior styling
n
Ability to read plans, take measurements, and apply strong numeracy skills
n
High level of computer competency and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a commitment to customer service excellence
