Legal Secretary | Workers Compensation & Motor Vehicle Accidents
Support a respected Senior Lawyer within a thriving plaintiff personal injury practice.
Due to continued growth, a well-established personal injury team is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide dedicated support in Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident matters.
This role offers meaningful work assisting clients following workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents while becoming a valued member of a collaborative and down-to-earth team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing legal documents and court or commission filings
Managing client files from commencement through to resolution
Coordinating medical appointments and obtaining reports
Communicating with clients, insurers and treatment providers
Monitoring deadlines and progressing matters efficiently
Organising briefs and supporting hearing preparation
Managing calendars, appointments and critical dates
General legal administrative support
About You
Experience as a Legal Secretary in Workers Compensation, CTP, Motor Vehicle Accidents or Personal Injury law




Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy practice
Skilled and compassionate communication skills
Confidence managing multiple matters and deadlines
