Job Description
Maxima is currently seeking a Psychosocial Risk & Assurance Specialist to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the council's psychosocial health and safety framework from its Logan Central operations. You will provide specialist advice, governance oversight and data-driven insights to ensure legislative compliance and a psychologically healthy workplace.
