Job Description
You'll spend your days designing for signs, banners, vehicle wraps and architectural graphics — then stepping out onto the workshop floor to help bring those designs to life. Think wide-format printers humming away, 3D printers building dimensional lettering, colour flying, paint, vinyl, materials, and the satisfaction of seeing something you designed earlier that day standing tall and finished.

Key responsibilities

Take client briefs and turn them into bold, production-ready artwork
n
Design for large-format print, vehicle graphics, 3D lettering, displays and more
n
Prep files so they print perfectly and look even better in the real world
n
Jump onto the shop floor when needed — help run wide-format machines, work with 3D printers, assist with colour, paint, finishing and general production
n




Be part of the whole process from screen to finished sign

About you
n

Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
n
Someone who gets excited by colour, materials, machines and making things
n
Happy to mix design time with hands-on workshop time
n
Entry-level or early-career is totally fine — enthusiasm, attention to detail and a willingness to learn the production side are valued
