Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller - Part-Time | Flexible / Remote

Look Print is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to take ownership of debtor collections and ensure accounts are followed up professionally, consistently and on time. This is a part-time role of approximately 1–2 days per week, offering flexible ongoing work. The role can be performed from the Leichhardt office, remotely, or as a combination of both.

Key responsibilities

Review the aged receivables ledger
n
Proactively follow up overdue accounts by telephone and email
n
Build relationships with client accounts payable teams
n
Follow up promises to pay
n
Identify potentially problematic accounts early
n
Maintain accurate notes and collection records
n
Send statements and account reminders
n
Escalate significant overdue accounts when required
n
Provide a simple weekly update on outstanding debtors, actions and expected payments
n

About you
n
n




Strong previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or debtor collections
n
Excellent working knowledge of MYOB
n
Confidence picking up the telephone and speaking with clients about overdue accounts
n
A skilled but persistent approach
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Strong follow-through on commitments
n
Good English written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to work independently without constant supervision
n
Experience working with a business-to-business customer base would be highly regarded
n
